KSI launched a fierce social media assault after Andrew Tate’s defeat to Chase DeMoor in the main event of Misfits Mania on Saturday night. The ongoing rivalry between the two escalated in October when Tate took over as Misfits Boxing’s CEO from KSI.
The popular YouTube star was furious about the leadership change, as he had co-founded the organization with manager Mams Taylor. Before the fight, KSI took to Twitter to celebrate Anthony Joshua’s victory over Jake Paul, emphasizing his dislike for Paul due to past boxing encounters involving their siblings.
Expressing his hopes for a great weekend, KSI mentioned the need for an Arsenal win and Tate’s defeat. His wishes came true as Arsenal secured a 1-0 win against Everton. Ecstatic about Tate’s loss, KSI tweeted that it was the best weekend he had experienced all year.
Adding insult to injury, KSI shared a photo post-fight of Paul and Tate in vulnerable moments, captioning it with “Christmas came early” along with a crying emoji. Despite Tate’s extensive combat sports background in MMA, kickboxing, K1, and Muay Thai, he struggled with his stamina during the bout, allowing DeMoor to capitalize and secure the win.
After the fight, Tate acknowledged DeMoor’s victory and expressed his happiness for him. He reflected on the importance of trying and losing rather than not trying at all. Tate later shared motivational messages on social media, emphasizing the value of attempting challenges even if they lead to defeat.
