“Coco Trucker Girl Mourned: Influential Social Media Star Dies Unexpectedly”

A well-loved social media influencer known as “Coco Trucker Girl” who inspired women to enter the traditionally male-dominated field of truck driving has sadly passed away. Oti Cabadas, 41, collapsed on her way home from a vintage car gathering and later died in Spain after experiencing severe headaches and fainting. Despite being swiftly airlifted to a hospital, Oti succumbed to an unexpected stroke.

Originally from Fornelos de Montes, in Galicia, Oti transitioned from a career in hairdressing to pursue her passion for driving large vehicles. She defied discouragement she faced earlier in life and built a successful trucking career, capturing her adventures across Europe through engaging videos.

Oti’s vibrant personality and positive outlook garnered her a substantial following on platforms like TikTok, where she shared the joys and challenges of life on the road, including her popular “red-lip Fridays” series. She actively promoted work-life balance and gender equality in the transportation industry, earning admiration and respect from fellow truckers in Spain.

The Spanish Confederation of Freight Transport paid tribute to Oti, praising her as an inspiration for her dedication to her profession and her influence on others in the industry. Fans flooded her social media with heartfelt messages and fond memories, expressing sorrow over her untimely passing.

Touched by her impact, one follower wrote, “Rest in peace Coco, sending love to your loved ones, we are deeply saddened.” Another admirer shared, “I first discovered her on Instagram when I saw her truck parked at La Cabrera’s restaurant. I admired her work. Life is unpredictable; rest in peace.”
