Tesco has announced a special offer for Clubcard members, granting them two points for every £1 spent on gift cards throughout December. This promotion is valid for all third-party gift cards purchased at Tesco stores during the entire month.
The double points promotion applies to any gift card purchase at Tesco, not limited to Tesco gift cards alone. Clubcard members will automatically receive the bonus points credited to their accounts.
According to Ban Mahsoub, Partnerships Director at Tesco Insurance and Money Services, this initiative aims to alleviate the challenge of finding the ideal Christmas gift. By earning two points for every pound spent on gift cards, customers can gift something meaningful while benefiting from additional rewards.
Tesco currently boasts approximately 24 million Clubcard members who earn points through various transactions. Apart from groceries and fuel purchases, Clubcard points can also be earned on Tesco Mobile top-ups, Tesco credit card spending, and transactions made with a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card.

In a recent video, Cox explained that items on Clubcard Price promotion display a six-digit number revealing the deal’s expiration date when decoded. By identifying and interpreting this code, shoppers can plan their purchases strategically to maximize savings on their shopping trips.
