An investigation has been initiated by the police following an unexpected death of a man discovered on a boat in a city center. The incident occurred at Lady Julian Bridge in Norwich, Norfolk, around 1.30pm on Sunday. The man, who was in his 60s, was found deceased at the scene, prompting a thorough response from multiple emergency agencies.

The police were alerted on Sunday afternoon after the man’s body was located on the boat. The man, identified as Karl Kesper by local sources, was found unresponsive on his boat named the Ringpull. He is believed to have lived on the vessel for several years. Members of the boating community described him as a solitary but content individual. According to a local resident, friends visited Mr. Kesper on Sunday and discovered him in an unresponsive state.
