Hamas militants are alleged to have violently injured around 500 Palestinians in Gaza by kneecapping them, as reported by human rights lawyer Moumen Al-Natour in an interview with Mirror via WhatsApp call. The gunmen are said to be singling out any opposition, leading to deaths and leg injuries for hundreds of individuals.
The group has reportedly launched a website named “Grab a Collaborator” to threaten those perceived as collaborating with Israelis. Al-Natour revealed that many assaults are occurring within hospitals, estimating that the toll of casualties has reached 150.
Al-Natour, a 31-year-old anti-Hamas activist running a youth organization, is currently in hiding from Hamas. He described the situation as horrifying, with Hamas militants causing chaos in areas vacated by Israel per the Trump peace agreement.
According to Al-Natour, Hamas is exploiting hospitals like Shifa in Gaza City to target and harm individuals, including women, children, and even a five-year-old and a pre-teen, due to their family ties to Palestinian security services personnel.
He also mentioned that Hamas is attacking clans with fewer weapons, opting to carry out their atrocities in hospitals rather than through public executions. Al-Natour narrowly escaped an attempt on his life by Hamas, leading him to dissolve his engagement.
Al-Natour, who led protests against Hamas before the conflict erupted, emphasized the group’s reluctance to adhere to the terms of the Trump Deal and called for Israeli forces to secure Gaza effectively to protect the residents in areas under control.
His focus now is on rebuilding infrastructure, enhancing food distribution, and establishing local governance in areas controlled by Israel to better serve the community.
